Yes. It is a sytem of drills. Each level takes a drill and makes it harder. You can buy the DVDs. They are dubbed over in english. The instructors do each drill then Thorsten Hohman does the drill.
Great practice. I recommend looking over the drills. Then get a good instructor to work with you on them. Someone who will help you develop your stroke so you hit the ball correctly and develop a good consistent stroke.
Even the "start" version of the drills can can be difficult.
