I suggest scott smith and one of the best handicappers in the world west virginia stevie. All knowledgable and can add insight and commentary on past action and past gambling and tournament wins

I would love to see steve mizerak as commentator as well since he is not playing if memory serves me right and I would like to see a legend that can't play any more.

Billy Icardona, Nick Varner, Grady Mathews and Buddy Hall are great commentators. You just get great combination of knowledge, comedy, stories and education all wrapped up in one package....These are my pics.

It is almost a guarantee the commentator will be Kevin himself maybe with a sidekick. The purpose of this is to sell products and he is the one who does that best.

Dennis Miller...definately Dennis Miller, maybe rotate the other person and invite celebrities such as Mr. T, or Webster.

Do they already have a TV deal?

Maybe accustats could let Kevin "sit in" and hock his product a little :) . They could use Sid Waddell. He could read the book during commercials for natural cures that lower high blood pressure when he goes off the air about a shot :D

I think an interesting combination would be Mark Wilson with Sid Waddell.

Mark - serious, extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken
Sid - gotta see him to believe him

I want ...

Dana Carvey for the commentator:

1,2,3 ball - good
4 ball - bad

Or hold a seance and bring Jerry Orbach (Law and Order) back to
commentate.

I think Mizerak's a little slow-spoken nowadays for commentary, no offense of course.

By nominating Incardona, Matthews & co we're assuming that they won't make it to the TV round (sad but probably true).

Sid Waddell is very entertaining, but I think they will go a little more bland. I wonder if ESPN guys can cross networks or if they are contractually restricted.

Trudeau's definitely got enough infomercial experience to do it himself along with a play-by-play wingman. Let's hope not though.

It would be nice to have a well-spoken, knowledgable celebrity involved who enjoys the game, but there are not many. Maybe Jeanette Lee will do it. Who knows? JUST NO MITCH LAURANCE PLEASE!
