prather cue
I wanted to share a purchasing story about prather cues. I ordered 2 single black linen spools enough to do 2 sticks. I completed the one stick everything was fine, about 1 month later I was going to redo my personal stick. So I took the old linen off and began re-wrapping with the new black linen. I was half way done with it when I ran out of linen. Good thing it was my personal stick, I had another color linen that I used to re-wrap it so it was no problem on my end. I called Prather to let them know of the mistake, and when I called I wasn't looking for anything free or really I wasn't even looking for them to replace the 2nd spool of linen because as we all know things happen we all make mistakes. I spoke with a woman there and explained what happened again reiterating what I just said that I wasn't looking for anything for free etc. So I hung up and forgot about it, a few hours later I get this phone call from Prather's a different woman then who I talked to originally,who proceeds to apologize for what happened and explained to me she just came back from the post office where she just shipped out the new black spool of linen(which I didn't ask to be replaced). Evidently she sent me the first 2 spools and was upset that she made that mistake and to quote her "I wanted to make sure that you got what you paid for". Needless to say I was impressed because customer service today is sometimes lacking but at Prathers Cues its not.
