Is a BRUNSWICK BRISTOL II a decent upgrade from a Harvard table?

I have a Harvard table with 3/4 slate. I need to refelt it with faster cloth and put new bumpers on or I can just stick some new bumpers on the one side and sell it. It is in like new condition and plays well for a crappy cheap table. One of the local dealers has a used Brunswick Bristol II for sale. Would that be a decent upgrade from the harvard? Also what price should I pay for the Brunswick if its installed with new felt?
 
Nevermind. I looked at it and its all particle board. My crappy sears table is at least MDF. I think I'm going to bite the bullet and buy an Olhausen Drake II.
