Is Coca-Cola Chalk any Good?

My buddy spilled his diet Coke all over my practically new BD cube of chalk. I immediately saw the chalk turn dark and soak up all that liquid. I patted it down as soon as I could, but that stuff soaked in quick.

I left it to dry out for a week or so. Do you think it is ok to shoot with again?

I've had Masters that had gotten wet and it looks ok dried out but it's not the same. It might turn to clay and cure beyond chalk specs.
Wet with what?

I think I would be a little less concerned if it was just water. Because I have heard of people taking Masters chalk and running them under water and popping them in the freezer. I forget why though...

Just water. I think as far as the operational criteria of pool chalk, it's the water. I suppose Coke might create some syrup but probably not diet Coke and it'd still be mostly the water.

Yo do know that putting spit in chalk is a shark move, right?? So then why the hell would you purposely shark yourself????? Toss that shit.

Super Bowl snacks???
lol. I think they do it because Masters is so dusty.

Yea, I ended up tossing it. I tried using it and it was getting my bridge hand sticky. I use my bridge hand to chalk and the dust falls in my hand. Pretty sure the artificial sweetener was getting me sticky.
