I didn't start watching pool till about 2005, but TAR was the best pool related thing I've seen since. No disrespect to any streamers out there either, I feel I've seen some great pool from the comfort of my own couch. TAR was just on to something special, the whole production from start to finish was fabulous. The lead up to the event, the big name players, equipment, super long races, and streaming was top notch. Even the podcasts they starting doing towards the end were sweet. I was even lucky enough to make it to the Hatch/Dechaine event (happened to be in Vegas for non pool related events) and talk my brother and dad into coming, since I knew it may be my only chance to see an event in person. They aren't pool nuts and still talk about it being the highlight of the Vegas trip. For them to see top players, play pool at a level they've never seen, from a few feet away in an environment where you could hear a pin drop, was something they'll never forget! Not to hijack this thread, just saw the letters "TAR" and couldn't help myself.
