Is this a Gold Crown?

This is up on FB marketplace near me, and i cant tell from the pics if it is a gold crown. The woman selling it has no clue. I have never seen hardware go through the skirts of the table, and the color of the finish looks off in the pics. But it looks like 2 peice rails, so not a medalist. What do you guys think?

I'd say you might be right. You can just see the outer part of the legs I the picture.
