Could anyone tell me if this is a old snooker cue, it is titled brunswick, balke, collender cue with threaded ferrule and screw on tip.
Thanks, J

I've only heard of brunswick Tru-Balance cues being snooker cues. Give that a try.

Somebody somewhere may have played snooker with it but I wouldn't call it a snooker cue, a stick fo tomatoe plants maybe and worth £10 tops.

I have a new tip system that taper seats, and they scew on.
The playability of what I have developed is as good as if the tip was glued to the ferrule directly, with the advantages of being able to change them out.
My pool cues can be used as snooker cues, the tip size is normally 10.6 mm but I can make them to 9.5 mm diameter.

Hmm.

have any century break players tried your screw in tips.

like snooker cue makers trying to re-invent the wheel and try new things when making a pool cue, I think the many years of making snooker cues has also got it to the point where they have the recipe right.

No offence, but i have doubts about how they would play on a snooker table, also why would a good player need to swap tips? usually a tip would last a very long time.

is this aimed at clubs?
sb..
