OK Gang, I am going to reach out again. So the masses are leaning towards Steve Klein for this cue. I tried to email him with no luck, not sure if I have the right address!
What I do know about this cue is it is built really nice and it plays very well in my opinion. Ebony & Purple Heart 8 point forearm and Ivory & Silver ring work. Piloted Stainless joint with 5/16 x 14 pin.
The butt features Ivory Diamonds and dots (4 sets) with Purple Heart windows (4 sets). Large Nickel ring at the Butt Cap.
The original Butt Cap is White Delrin as seen in pics. Ned Morris replaced the cap with a Black one when the Delrin broke, and wrapped it in Irish Linen.
No markings or signatures under the wrap, under the butt cap. Very possible the points are Prathers.
