Is WD700 a LD shaft?

I was thinking of getting myself a new mezz cue.

Is WD700 a LD shaft or should I upgrade for the HP2 shaft?

wd700 is a lower deflection shaft than regular maple, I feel it is a little stiffer then the hp 2 but either one is a great shaft

Between the 2 shaft, the WD700 felt stiffer too in my opinion, probably because the HP2 has a carbon insert somewhere inside the shaft which somehow absorbs some of the stiffness.

I'll be getting the WD700 then, feels good playing with this shaft.
