ISO a Joss shaft, minimum 12.75mm

Looking for an older Joss shaft with solid black collar, not the newer ones with the logo on the wood but made after the gold letter collar logos, must be atleast 12.75 or bigger and decently straight, not expecting a dead nuts, laser straight cue but no dog legs either. Thanks

4.1 is a good weight!! Heavy maple, tight grain.
