they are not using racks and they are not pulling anything off the table afterward. Is that normal?
There are tiny divots in the table. I inquired about that some time ago and they said they prefer it that way because it saves on table wear and keeps the balls tight. I asked if the divots interfered with the balls and they said "not in any way". I was also told that most "halls" are that way throughout that part of the blue bubble! Interesting.
