just got done watching the 2003 Challenge of Champions semi finals of Earl Strickland and John Horsfall great match. I must say Earl impressed me he was quite calm and kewl this time around, made some great safeties and John came with some nyce kicks and made the balls and Earl Clapped and after told him nyce shot. Made me kind of wish'd he picked up that title, i hope he wins one of those titles soon. Anyways tomorrow morning is the semi's of Efren and Francisco myself haven't yet seen this semi battle but i have the finals taped. So just a reminder for those who love to go back into the past and watch some great pool. 9:00a.m Mountain time here.

Its a good one, just let my buddy borrow the dvd I made recording it from espn classic last time it aired.

Thanks for the heads up, its always great to watch those two play against each other as how Efren is like a father figure to him.

The finals of the 2003 COC is a great match, when I watch these Horsfall matches I'm really impressed with his fundamentals which obviously stem from his snooker background. Hope you enjoy the final!

i had the finals match for awhile now so now i got the two semi's on tape very good i must say the Efren and Francisco match was great i really wanted it to be more of a battle and see more action from Efren but Francisco's break is just so dominating, i loved the respect he showed Efren though it was great. What i couldn't understand is that Francisco was breaking from the left side of the table and pocketing a ball each time he broke and Efren never switch to that side i have always notice the pros switch sides if they ain't getting good breaks from one side.
