That question appears to be one of the mysteries of life. We heard that the cases were going to be made again, some did surface at the Windy City cue show. There is a facebook page with a few pictures on it and a leather chart. Seems like you have to know a secret handshake to get any information about them. :-)

There is a thread in the Wanted and For Sale section which one would assume you could use to contact the seller.

Meanwhile, IF you don't get what you want then we make cases in this style, www.gtfcases.com as does Ron Thomas as well. We however will customize just about any way you want it.
 
I heard a rumor his son was going to be making them, but the quality is no where near what they used to be.. If i find out the secret handshake, I'll try to get some more info..
