New member here, but not new to pool. Played on and off for the last 40 years and just decided might be time to get back to it. So, looking to change around my equipment.

What I have (I'll try to attach pics):

Tan It's George 1x2 in MINT condition. Only distinguishing marks from new are a scuff or two on the plastic cap. Small pocket. Even has the key!

Meucci Airplane. Also mint. Looks better than the pictures. Includes both original shaft and a 31" shaft custom made for it bringing the cue to 60"

What I'm looking for:

A nice Palmer. Could be a D, 9, 2, H - quite a few catch my fancy. A lot depends on the condition.

A Predator SPJL Sneaky with either 314 or Z shaft. New or great condition.

An interesting Titlist conversion?

You can make offers on the above or suggest trades.

I'll be traveling March 24th -31st, so replies can be slow, but I will reply.

Several people seem to be interested in buying the case. As I told them, I'd like to wait a few days before considering a cash sale to see if there are any interesting trades first.

But another reply asked me if the Meucci had the "covered" wrap. Jogged my memory that it did when I bought it, but hated that. Why have a wrap that is covered. So I had the covering removed. Now looks and feels just like any other linen wrapped cue.

Gonna bump this up...

Put the Meucci on Ebay. Reserve is $450, which I think is fair as it is mint and a custom extra shaft. Willing to end early, especially if someone here wants it with the George case belwo.

George case still available. I was tardy getting back to those that replied as I got tied up on business trips. Offers were all around $150, and it is like new except for one scuff on the top plastic. Likely easy to buff out.
Will look at offers in PM's and will ship Thurs if I get a good offer as I am out of town M-W night.

Now, trades or buys for things I want. The list:

New to like new George 2x4 with at least one pocket. Prefer blacks and grays and no eels. Will consider all. I bought a Ron Thomas, and while I like the style and design, the leather is VERY shiny (black mini-gator). I much prefer something more muted. If I find a George, then the Thomas will be for sale as well (or trade). I paid $475 2 weeks ago and it has not left the house.

Need a Porper Big Shaver

Always looking for quality Titlist conversions or Palmer windowed cues and some other Palmers.

Need a really good jump/break. Something along the lines of Gilbert quality. If a Scruggs or Frey Sneaky Pete was break/jump, would be great.

rebop, check out the going rate for mootchies on ebay before you list with a $450.00 reserve. You might save some time. Oh, and don't tell us all what the reserve is. Nobody will bid under $450.00 and you'll never find out what the market is. This is not advice. I never give advice. Shoot it however you want.
