No, although some people risk it since it is a low chance customs catch it.
Most sellers won't sell you a cue with ivory if it is shipped overseas.
I have seen cues with ivory here in Spain (Schöns with ivory inlays for example) so it can be done, but understand there is a risk of losing the cue and being fined or whatever.
The cue collectors in the UK (such as the diamond) can advise you much better.
Never happened in 14 years of international sales. Why don't you email back and look at what I have now, you only live 40 miles from me. I have 30 cues for sale.
Still....don't be afraid of buying international. I am not saying you are perfectly safe but it has never happened to me.
