I'm in the market, looking for ideas for the best deal on a J/B <$125, any suggestions?

Thanks

well.. there are a few..

you can get a fury jump break for about $130.. they are great cues.. and made very nice...

i sell j&j jump breaks.. depending on what style you want...
they range from $58.00 and $60.00 with free joint protectors and including PRIORITY MAIL shipping with INSURANCE...

you will deffinatly get alot of varied opinions on this subject.. but i must say.. the j&j is THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!!

Yea I was honestly looking at the J&J's but I don't know much about them, I like the look of the all birdsey maple J/B they offer.

i have the all birdseye.. that one is $58 with joint protectors shipped priority mail insured....

here is a link to my thread.. there are some not listed...
because of sale pending and i am not sure how many they are buying so once they sell.. i will have an accurate number of birdseye and staines maples ones.. also i have some with the a certain one piece tip that i am not allowed to advertise due to patent issues so they cannot be advertised..

nothing.. just looks.. IMO... it has a nice wrap on it.. and some nice colored rings.. but as far as i know.. there is no advantage to it..

But the J & J has an advantage over the Fury in cue ball control. I have both and the Fury hasn't been used since I got the J & J.

he was asking about the advantage the fury has.. if the question was reversed i might have said that.. but i guess ball control is different for the user.. i have a pete omen break cue and i love it.. really stong break cue.. i would never sell it.. but whenever my friends that i sold j&j's to are around, i always use their cues.. never take mine out.. takes to long to put together and i can kill the balls with the j&j.. and the pete omen, i paid 300 bux for it.. got a good price when they first came out.. it is nice to know people.. especially now when they are 400.. and the j&j preforms just as well and jumps balls even easier then the omen.. i can jump almost anything with the j&j and the omen is just alittle harder..

hell.. if you buy a j&j and use it for a year and get ticked off and break it over your knee and buy another one it would still cost less then the fury..

as i always say.. BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK....

J&J break cue

I've had a palmwood j&j break cue with the 14 mm shaft and it was alot of cue for the money sold it and bought a player break cue ..It matched my playing cue at the time...i'll say between those two the j&j was the better cue..just my opinion...

thanks Hardy good to know, because prior to this thread I was going between the J & J, and the Player J/B's

iv owned both players and J&J. i got rid of my players and am on my second J&J (someone was impressed and bought my first one for more than i had in it). i shoot regularly with the guy who has my players and use it on occasion when i dont have my cues. id say i can break slightly stronger with the players but cant controll the cue ball like i can with the J&J....the J&J also jumps twice as good in my opinion with the stronger taper shaft.
