I wanted to pull the trigger on this because I would like to have an old Flowers, but the interior threw me off! I think it should have tubes if it is actually a J Flowers case. I see that John Barton makes J Flowers "tribute" cases. If This is actually a JB case shouldn't it say so in the post?
J.Flowers is the brand. J.EF Q Cases is the brand you are thinking of. They have been called "Flowers" cases just like my cases are often called Barton cases. But my brand is JB Cases not Barton cases. Jay's brand was J.EF Q Cases.
And the J.EF Q Cases were actually made by Nora Van Horn. Most of them.

And for the record this case for sale is NOT a JB Cases shop-made case, it was made by Jiasen.
Still, $300 for this level of work is flat out stealing. Go to your local case maker and take this exact case to them and see if they will build it for $300. They won't.
