Hi guys,
I'm writing because I have a question regarding the bumper of my newly arrived Jacoby cue.
I'm in Germany, so every measure I will report is for me confusing because of the differences betweem metric and imperial system. First of all I had to order a set of allen keys with imperial system. With the 7/32 inch I was able to remove the bumper that has the thread to attach the extension.
I tend to play with an extension always on (at least that was the case with my previous cue). I'm trying to understand which thread exactly is inside the bumper in order to be able to make a custom (super light, probably carbon) extension.
As well I would be interested in knowing which thread is the outside part of the bumper (the one screwing into the wood of the cue).
Could it be a 3/8?
If any of you as any info that would be much appreciated.
Please note that my caliper is not 100% accurate.
