Jacoby signature and if it affects price

Are Jacoby cues signed by David Jacoby worth more, or is more sought-after than a cue with Brandon Jacoby’s signature?

Also, are these signatures real or just manufactured?

I cant tell you. I had a cue built 15 years ago. David took the order. Brandon built the cue. David signed the cue. I would think it is real sig because it also had the date. Just my opinion so I cant say if the value changes

I also don't know for sure, from looking at pics I'd say the sig is probably not done by hand...too consistent but the dating probably is.

I've never heard of any difference in price based on David vs Brandon or any change in quality.

Just got myself a new Jacoby in today to be my new player, excited to try it out.

Jacoby sigs are real. Dave use to sign them small and then it evolved to a bigger signature. He signed date and year.

Brandon signs them too.

Mine has a signature under the clear coat, looks like a sharpie was used. My opinion is that signatures don't increase the value, but are a nice touch. It irritates me though that signatures, like Balabushka are printed on cues that were not made by the cuemaker. Just my 2 cents.
