James White info: Hit

I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the hit of a piloted or flatfaced jointed cue from James White feels like. I know hit is a subjective issue, but this is what I would like to hear is your input gang, I have read they hit too soft, but of course this is what I have only read,thanks.

Talk to ScottR and pooldogue. I have hit with pooldogue's and although it is too light for me, I love the hit.

I have a J. White cue and as far as im concerned it plays fantastic, now as for the all so subjective "hit"................. Kinda hard to explain but the hit in my words is not soft but not extremely hard or "stiff" but with an extremely well rounded feel or feedback..............So maybe a medium stiff feel with a well rounded feedback..........
