Hand built by a local cue maker here in Orlando. There are some imperfections, points are not all sharp and some are not even but the playability is incredible.
The maker inserts a titanium rod inside the 30" or longer shafts which eliminates vibration.
He recently made a 65 inch long cue for someone who's 6'5, catching everyone's attention at the pool hall.
I tried it and it really hits incredible. His prices are very reasonable too.
