JB case review

I got this case for a while. The case does the protection job really well and everything about the interior is like advertised(Cues won't fall out even the case is up side down etc.)
However I do find one thing that bothers me a lot. You may want to count that into factor when you decided whether to buy it.
Both of the inside of the pockets fade and dye all my stuff into black. I was hoping after using it for a while this will go away. But it's been like this for over one year and not getting any better. As you can see in the pictures, the inside of the pocket is just the back of the leather, which is dyed into black. That should be the reason of why it fades..
Overall it's a great case and does the job. But I can't put anything that needs to be clean in the pockets(contact lens, towers etc.)

We have NEVER been contacted by this customer about this issue. From the pictures I cannot tell what case he is talking about or if it's even our case. Normally there is no part of the case which should be leeching dye onto anything.

Until I know more about this from the customer I cannot confirm that this is our case nor what they actual problem is.

Our cases are guaranteed for life against defects that we caused. So if somehow we delivered a case with pockets that somehow bleed dye onto objects we will OF COURSE take care of that and not only replace the case but also change our construction to insure that it can't possibly happen again.

We have been making custom cases for 5 years and this is the first time I have heard of this. I searched my records and assure all of you that this customer has not contacted us at any time with this issue.

I'm thinkng this OP spilled something in his case and either didn't realize it or he is just trying to knock JB case's. Because I dont see how they would miss some thing like that if its over a year old and still has dye coming out. That thing would of been saturated when they was working with the leather and would of caught it I would think. But seems unlikely its dye from the leather

I think it's all worked out now. My wife was on the phone to the dealer that this case was bought from and the dealer and the customer have talked about it We have decided that even though we have never had this problem on any of the other cases we have done we simply will either not dye the inside of the pocket or line it when needed. We already line them if needed.

We think perhaps a damp towel was put in the case or something like that. There is no logical reason for dye to get on anything else when it's dry without some kind of catalyst like liquid, moisture, or friction.

This is the case if anyone was wondering. http://www.jbcases.com/classic8.html
