You may not know, about a year ago I purchased a JB ultimate rugged. I had several custom leather cases and decided I would just pick up a rugged for storage. When it arrived I recognized the superior protection the case offered and the tremendous value. I offered high praise for the case and vowed I would replace all my other cases with JB cases except for a few.
So with the exception of a case hand made for Mike Lambros by Joe Porper and a cowboy case that has special meaning to me, I made good on my promise. With the addition of the custom leather on the right, I now have 4 JB cases and I am plotting my next custom order soon.
In terms of a review of the new custom JB, all I can say is if you are impressed by the rugged, this is in a whole new world. The custom leathers I had prior didn't even come close to this case. This case is so well made from top to bottom with every detail executed perfectly. I was also very surprised to see how thick the leather was. This is not a light case. This thing is a heavy well crafted monster.
On a similar note, there was an issue with my order and JB cases handled it better than I expected. It was a great experience from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with my order. Thank you very much John. !!!!
