Just received this today and the craftsmen ship was everything I expected it to be! Everything went perfect in the process. I didn’t go with leather because I didn’t want the up keep and thought it would be heavier. Not shown in the picture I got the little Velcro dividers in the long pocket so your stuff doesn’t roll around. One of those little jb custom things he thinks of I feel should be in more cases. It just makes sense. On a side note I thought he was making his cases outside the country so I was surprised when it was shipped from Oklahoma City. Not that it made a difference to me but I was worried about not getting it since a friends custom cue recently got sent back to the maker because of what’s going on in the world with.
1) a few things with ordering were a little confusing to me. I had trouble figuring out how to get the letters on the pic but any time I emailed them the response was quck. I also wish when your designing the case it was a pic of a butterfly case on the screen instead of a rugged but still not that big of a deal.
2) I ordered it on a holiday. I got a response quickly on the first working day back making sure my order was correct and how I wanted it. I also got multiple emails with pictures of my name on the pocket etc. to make sure it is was correct. The communication was A+ for sure. You hear a lot of stories of terrible experience when ordering custom items but not here. Couldn’t have been better. If you email them you’re getting a prompt response guaranteed.
3) I marked in my phones calendar the day that was the apox. Delivery date. Of course I heard that delivery was longer than they tell you but it’s a custom item so I wasn’t worried about it. When they shipped it last week and I checked the delivery date it was 1 day past the estimated date. It showed up a day early from ups so it was right on the nose. Again being a custom case I was fine if it took a little longer but it was right to the day.
I’ve looked at the case from end to end and I can’t find a flaw! Thank you sir and well done!
