JCM324- Jesse Castaneda-Medina

I had a very interesting transaction with JCM324. It was my first and only negative transaction since I joined in 2009.

I bought a Samsara butt and upon receiving it was kinda beat up and several flaws that were never disclosed straight from the maker. JCM324 refunded me echeck I waited around for 15 days for it to clear. The echeck bounced and he was gone like a fart in the wind taking a negative in his paypal account.

Since then I bought the same butt which I was originally told it was by this seller as a 1 of 1. I collect and play Samsara's I'm always interested in unique cues from them.

It's a good thing I paid Paypal Goods & Services. I exercised my buyer rights and was refunded by them. Lesson learned, be careful out there.

Honestly, the whole way you handled the transaction was disgusting and that you’re still pushing it after you’ve gotten your money is disgusting. The irony of you bringing up vanishing when you disappeared for a week immediately after demanding a refund and claiming to PayPal that it was because the cue hadn’t shipped and that the information was misrepresented right after I had sent you photos of it being packaged and without proof of your claims is just ridiculous and you’re still just following suit. Disgusting. Honestly, your reputation isn’t worth jack. You’ve conducted yourself atrociously and you got your money back without issue. I tried to work with you on the return from the jump and you vanish for a week with no notice and come back with insults and immaturity and you follow up with this. I’ve done multiple deals with folks on here as well and haven’t ran into a situation like the one we’ve got going here. Anyways, this is the last time I waste my time on you. Take care, sir.

1. Did you disclose the damage to the cue in your For Sale ad?
2. Did you say the cue was 1 of 1 when it wasn't?
3. Did your e-check refund bounce?
