I picked up this Olney to use as my car cue. I purchased it new unseen off of AZ having never seen one of Jeffs cues. It is a simple basic cue but I am impressed with it. I did have the linen wrap changed to leather but that is me not any fault of Jeff's. I can not comment on how any of his other cues play but this one plays well and after having the wrap changed I had no issue adjusting from my Hercek or John Bender to the play of Jeff's cue.The workmanship is TOP NOTCH and if this cue is any indication of Jeff's cues I wouldn't hesitate owning or purchasing a cue from Jeff.

Jeff's cues are impressive...period. They become more impressive when you realize how incredibly affordable they are. I love the hit from Olney cues. I bought a bem pj from him back in '09 and fell in love with it immediately. It's off with Jeff right now getting a second shaft made for it and a new linen wrap put on and I cannot wait to get it back. I managed to pick up another Olney to get me by while that one is gone and it hits just as good! I have a feeling all Olney cues hit this good, I've never heard a complaint.
Looking forward to getting my first pj back though...I'm a little attached to that simple piece of birdseye maple and the original shaft I have for it is at that perfect stage of broken in and is like an old friend.
