A friend of mine bought this cue and asked me to post it online in hopes of selling it. As you can see, it's an ebony cue with ivory, turquoise, and abalone inlays (it looks like abalone to me - I'm assuming it is). It has silver rings and a leather wrap and he's selling it with two shafts. He's asking $1400 or the best offer he can get.
