Jet 10-20 Plus Drum Sander

I have this sander and went threw all of the adjustments and everything looks right. The problem is no matter what I do I get a dip in the middle of 2" by 2" by 14" boards when I run them thru the sander, it is about .03 smaller in the middle and tapers off about 2 inches from the ends.

Iwas going to call tech support tomorrow but was wondering if anyone on here has any idea what is wrong?

Any advice will be appreciated

The board is flat when I lay it on a granite block before running it thru the sander.

Taking to big of a cut will do that.

I am only taking very light passes, just enough depth each pass to barely touch the wood. No sanding dust under the feed belt and the sanding bed is level when laying a level across it. The sanding drum has no wobble either.

Are you sure the feed belt isn't slipping? I just bought the same sander a couple of months ago and couldn't be more pleased.

Thanks for all the help, mainly with the pm's. The problem turned out to be a warped bed. Luckily this is covered under the warranty and Jet authorized a local repair center to handle the repair.
