can anyone post a picture of a tuftool that is used to install the sandpaper on the roller of the jet sander, or is it not needed

If you are refering to the 10/20 drum sander, no tool is required to replace the sand paper on the drum.
But it is a pain in the behind to do.
It is best to buy at least one pre-cut strip to use as a template.
