Hi cue fans
Did someone say mother of pearl?
Two very classic cues with the old school feel and look and yet have all the mod cons.
Jim Buss: Made in 2002 by Jim, this cue features 4 points of snakewood with natural/green/orange/black veneers into one of the best birdseye maple forearms I have ever encountered. It can only be described as spectacular 5A grade BEM. Each point features a notched mother of pearl diamond. The wrap is black lizard. Butt sleeve is ebony with 4 snakewood windows each featuring a notched MOP diamond. Ringwork is thick ivory block Bushka style with double brass rings above and below at all positions. Joint is piloted ivory with a 5/16-14 pin. Jim Buss makes thin butted cues and this one is no exception. Cue has signs of use but nothing drastic or glaring. Specs are:
Length: 58" overall, 29" butt, 29" shafts
Butt: 15.25oz
Shaft 1: 3.75oz, 12.34mm tip, plastic ferrule and slight wobble (does not effect play)
Shaft 2: 4.25oz (very dense, dark maple), 12.97mm tip, plastic ferrule.
I would like a very reasonable SOLD anywhere on the blue planet.
Bob Owen: brand new, just delivered Owen cue, unchalked: Hints of Paradise, Palmer and Balabushka all in one cue. 4 points of ebony with natural/black/natural/black veneers into straight grained maple. Check out the quality of these points. Each point features a MOP diamond with 4 MOP dots. Wrap is soft black leather and feels amazing. Ebony butt sleeve with loads of MOP diamonds, dots and ring bands. Delrin butt cap. Ring work is ivory stitch above the wrap and at the joint. Joint is piloted stainless steel with a 5/16-14 pin. Cue features 62 inlays in total. Specs are:
Length: 58" overall, 29" butt, 29" shafts
Butt: 15.0oz
Shaft 1: 3.75oz, 12.95mm tip, ivory ferrule.
Shaft 2: 3.75oz, 12.95mm tip, ivory ferrule.
I would like SOLD anywhere on the blue planet, a bargain for such quality.
These are cash prices but I will entertain part trades as long as your pricing is as reasonable as mine. I will work with everyone where I can. PM me or email to simon.dvali@ntlworld.com.
Sincerely
Si
