Jim Whang or Wang in Los Altos?

I'm looking for anyone that knew or knows about a player from Los Altos named Jim Wang or Whang.

He apparently played a good bit at Hard Times in Sacramento and Bellflower playing fairly high.

Mike Massey was apparently a friend of his.

Any information would be appreciated.

I picked up a nice early JossWest from his widow, but would like to have a bit more on Jim if anyone has information.
