Joe Tucker is a real standup guy

Thought I'd let everybody know and give Joe Tucker (http://www.joetucker.net) a much-deserved plug for his excellent service.

I bought a 3rd Eye Stroke Trainer some time ago, and unfortunately one of the arms on it broke, and I contacted Joe to request a replacement. Not a problem, it was certainly sent to me, but I never received it. Emails went back and forth, and he sent another one. Never got that one either. Who knows what's going on in the Post Office? In the meantime, someone at a pool hall ripped off the shortened 3rd Eye that I was using, so I went without for quite a while, however the good effects from using it for some 3 weeks haven't worn off at all.

Fast forward: I emailed him again telling him I never got the replacement, and told him of other things that mysteriously hadn't arrived from other people. There's probably something happening at my Post Office, where I had previously filed a complaint about other pool related stuff not arriving. So I asked Joe to help me file a complaint, and requested that he send me another 3rd Eye, but to send it Priority Mail and with Delivery Confirmation, and offered to pay for it, and to please let me know how to do so.

He says no way, this one's on me, buddy.

Guess what? Today the Priority Mail package arrived, and inside it came not one, but TWO stroke trainers.

Joe, thanks for the stand-up service! And I promise to practice more!

Best,

Flex

Joe is "THE MAN"

Most of us who know Joe think the same. Joe Tucker is the best....SPF-randyg

I Highly agree

Joe is a pleasure to have in this community we call AZ Billiards.
Now maybe people will realize why I recommend him for our US Open Representative!!!

I recently bought a 3rd eye stroke trainer for myself & my g/f. (She's having some serious problems with alignment right now that were sorting out) I was blown away by how much I learned about my game in just a few minutes with that thing.. I'm usually not one for "gadgets" and widgets, but that thing is amazing!!

Unfortunately my g/f hit the ball up table (test center ball, up and back) and wasn't paying attention and the cueball came back and broke one of the extentions off. I have the shorty arms now, but was going to hit Joe up about either buying a replacement, or sending an extention or something.

Will second this. I got some stuff from Joe also. Great products, and great service too. He really seems to love the game, and sharing his knowledge and passion for the game with others.

Couldn't agree more Joe! Joe Tucker is one of the nicest people to work with and a great guy in general!

Joe Tucker has been a very good influence for the game for some time in New England. Have not ever heard a negative comment about him. He didn't even gloat when he went through me 9-2 the last time we played at Snookers:)
