John Barton JB 1 x 1 (kickass) Cue Case

LAST YEAR , about this time, I purchased for my sister a pre-owned JB 1x1 case.
Didn't think much about it, $40.00 shipped, what was the big deal, right"
So... sister purchase's another faancy case from some guy at the pool hall and gives me the JB 1x1.
Can John make a case or what!!
First JPEG is the pre-owned case in its original condition, purchased from aZ member "Texas Carom Club"

Last week I begin to work the case a little.
Using Varathane Classic Black Stain, also a material pill remover for the potatosack exterior.

KEITH - This photo is from aZ member "Texas Carom Club" original selling post.
Case weighs in about 1 1/2lb (appx), strong as a house.
Everything including the potato sack exterior is Heavy Duty.
