I didn't buy a blank...but I DID order a cue from Mr. Davis.
I'm having him build a 4 point ebony cue with maple, blue, red, and black veneers....using a blank just like one of the cues Tate showed us awhile back.
It should be ready sometime by early Spring....and I'll be posting about it as soon as I can get my hands on it.
FWIW - Mr. Davis (and his wife) are wonderful people to talk to.......nice as can be. Mrs. Davis is a real sweetheart, and Mr. Davis...you can tell....is really enjoying his return to cues.
From all outward appearances, you'd be making a wise choice to pick one up.
