Yeah, Archer won the On-Cue 2 Challenge of Champions here in the Philippines. He looked pretty strong and really deserved to win the 20000 $ tourney. Although i must say busty was a little out of rhytm missing some shots.

The match was so entertaining, especially when the two exchanged some skills of shotmaking.

First, busty was snookered by archered so he had to jump the cue ball almost whole length of the table over 2 balls to hit the 1-ball and pocket it (it was a cut shot). unfortunately, the cb went on to cover behind the 3-ball and he had to play safety on the 2, with almost no chance of making the 2 ball, archer did a great bank shot to pocket the 2-ball in the far corner pocket....
damn great pool players...:D
 
saw the match too! archer lately hasn't been invited in the tournaments here (the philippines) due to his slump in form but he's in his old form again! :D

... but i think mika's has dipped somewhat :( and efren's too after failing to win in cardiff, warsaw, and here...
 
Archer is no doubt the player of the year. His slump ended after getting thrashed by Efren at WPC. He will be a hard man to beat in Tokyo.
 
did i mention that he won by pocketing the 9-ball on his break? :P
