Keith Josey does amazing work. His cues hit extremely solid (hope you're not used to a Moochie). If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with a Josey.
I have a Josey Sneakypete (one of the higher ones) and is a great cue. The only faults I found was the taper was like a house cue(I cut it back to 14" @ 13mm) and after breaking with it for a while the ferrule cracked(replaced with better).
The wokmanship is A+ and I even had him clean some Kersenbrock shafts for me after I got the sneakypete. If you told him the taper and ferrule you wanted, you would end up with one of the best made cues going
