I see on the IPT member cue survey you are (or were) using a Josey with X-shaft. I've tried the OB-1 and Pred. 314 & Z shafts before, but I'm not a fan of the "feel" of them. From what I've read, the X-shaft seems like it might be a good compromise between a standard shaft and the Predator/OB-1 low deflection shafts. If I understand correctly the X-shaft has "slightly" less deflection/squirt and a little more spin production than a standard shaft, but still has the same solid feel of a standard shaft.
I was hoping you could provide your thoughts on the X-shaft.
