Joss Cue ID
I have been stamping a serial number on the steel joint of the Joss Cue for quite few years. When this first started it was so the owner of the cue could identify their cue.
I have been asked so many times in the last couple of years to help a buyer of an older cue ?Where, When, etc? That I have put all the serial numbers in a data base. If you have a Joss Cue that you would like some information on please click here..

Fill out the form and as soon as I can find your cue I?ll send you an email with all the information I have on that cue.
In the near future I will have a place for you to locate your cue by looking at pictures of cues without serial numbers. This is taking a little longer than expected so have patience it will come soon.

Hi Dan,
It is great to see you posting here. This is a great service you are offering. I wish you well in getting the rest of the information on line. As a side note I have one of the older NicK Varner World Champion Joss cues that someone refinished in the 1980's and putt a Delrin butt cap on it. Do you still have the signature dyes to restore this cue with a refinish? If so what would it cost. Feel free to PM me the answers.

Chris,
Most of Nicks cues were hand engarved with "Nick Varner World Champion"
As time has gone by my eyes refuse to let me do this anymore.
I would have to see the cue to know if I can make it look the way it did when new. Send me a jpeg picture and I'll tell you what I can do.

Would it be possible to add the dating process for the serial numbers? I read once that the first character tells the year, but can't find where I read that at. Know the older cues don't have the serial number.

If I have the serial number in my data bank I'll have the exact date that the cue was completed .. month/day/year and the weight, shaft size, model number, who the cue was sold to new. Maybe cost when new.
