Joss custom? value?

does this cue have 2 shafts?

my friend had a 1 on a kind joss 4 points and inlays tradtional style. it was 550 brand new. so this cue would be 250-400$ with 2 shafts closer to 400$ to the right person.

with that being said the market id retarted. what you sell for 400$ this week might not get 300$ next week. vice versa...
