JOSS ID

A guy I work with has this JOSS and I may be able to buy it off of him. He won it off another player gambling about 10 years ago. Looks to have a serial number on the joint and I do plan on trying to get that so that I can reach out to Steve or Debbie to get more info on it. But do any of you recognize this make, model and maybe ballpark on approximate age and value? It's a terrible photo but the cue is in great condition. I want to make a fair offer and not rip the guy off. It's not in the current line up on the website as far as I can tell. Thanks!

It's a standard Joss, serial number means it's around 2000s or older. Probably $300 used value if no issues and the buyer values USA made stuff. By "standard" I mean it's not a special limited or desirable model, so value is the same as others with the same amount of work.
