hi would anyone know why a cuetec cynergy shaft will not butt all the way down on a joss west butt 5/16-14 when a 314-3 and ob shafts all fit perfect?it works on a dan janes joss butt.don't make sense.

Is the Josswest a standard 5/16x14 or is it a
5/16x14 acme thread?

standard,but i got it just took some emory cloth sandpaper and went around the brass insert on the cuetec came out fine.
