Jump/Break Cue tips????

Hey Guys, The tournament director of the local pool league says that no phenolic tip will be allowed this year either on a jump or break cue. I guess that that assume that these tips damage both balls and the felt. Anyway what type of tip works well on both jump and break cues. Thanks for all your help in advance.

The Samsara JB tip is very hard, treated, leather. It's the nuts.
This may be the last time I tell anyone this...
