Jump Shafts

Ebay username "poolhop" is hawking these. Anyone have experience with them?

Well the way I see it the BCA rules would not permit it. If you break your cue down you lose the game.

Also a real jump cue is about 8oz. A regular butt with one of these shafts would weigh twice that.

I think I'd sooner use my full cue... that thing looks just ridiculous.
