if you look really close.. it looks the the pic was taken of a photograp.. like they laid a picture down and took the pic of a pic..lol..

Talked with Gentleman and he does have cue.
Didn't know value so was trying to get info.
I told him about palmercollector.com
He's now looking into some deducts for condition etc.
Seems like a decent person and very polite to meet.
