Was able to get this cue. Not sure about the brand. But I remember that I‘ve seen this „Juwel“ mark long ago. My intention it is built from Schön cues but not sure. The shaft that came with it is on the pics and has the Schön mark.
Joint, forearm and buttcap looking same like some Schön cues from the 90‘s.
If anyone can tell me anything about that cue or rout me in the right direction to for some informations about this nice cue would be great.
Stay well and save home AZers!

For bigger pics click on it, please. Sorry for the possible merchandise that coming up than.

Hi,

I think this is actually a Schon cue that had inlays added by someone in Germany back in the days. He was putting precious metals / gem stones as inlays, but wasn't a cue maker so I think he bought cues from Schon and worked on them.

Hope this helps!

Hi Joerg,

thanks for the input. I contacted Evan Clarke and he told me this is a regular based Schön model. Someone put some „ugly“ inlays to it, removed the Schon logo and inlayed this Juwel logo.
I remember that I saw a cue with this Juwel logo long time ago. But can’t remember when. Possible in the 90‘s at one of the German Billard Expo‘s in Essen or Hennef. Not sure if Bertram Billards has done this extra work or some other Billard Service from Germany.
Fact is the inlays are not typical Schön so this makes it a little bit more interesting.
