Don, thanks for asking.

The weights vary from 18.5 and up depending on the weight loaded into it.

13mm shaft.

These ship directly from the manufacturer in Taiwan.

However, if you see one you want. I am flying back to the USA Monday and can bring one back and ship it to you from Ohio.
