I've been shooting with Kamui hard for a year and love them. Recently increased cue weight and changed to Kamui II MS and Kamui S (black) on two shafts, so I could finesse better. After one month of shooting practically everyday, I love the softer Kamui's more, but have determined that the Kamui black miscues easier than the Kamui II MS (doesn't hold chalk as well, IMO). Consequently, I have been shooting with the Kamui II MS exclusively for the last week and a half. I really had high hopes for the blacks, and was disappointed. Also, if there is a performance enhancement with the blacks, it is so subtle that it escapes my notice.
To do this thread highest justice, I will shoot with the black this morning and re-evaluate these conclusions one more time, and report back.
