Q Ball Billiards is a non smoking room but they do have a smoking room and an area outside to smoke. They serve Beer and Wine and since their menu is limited you may order food in or bring in your own. Since our last time in Jacksonville, we have changed some things to help players that are stuck in between amateurs and pro level players. These players will be allowed to play in the events with two added features. One is that they will pay $60 per entry and have to give two games on the wire. Membership for all is $35 a year.
