Go get em Keith, I will be rooting for ya. You been on a good roll lately. Keep it up dude. Wish I could be there.
God Bless Ya, Don P.

If any of you folks who post negative comments about Keith want to, let's bet on this one.
God Bless You Also, Don P.

I'm with you and rooting for Keith. I've been a big McCready fan for years and always wish him the best. I was happy to see him do so well at the Open and wished that he won it.

Maybe he'll come through and win the World Summitt.

Bob and Eydie, seems like we like a lot of the same people. Keith is a friend as well as Leonard. Hope to meet you all one day. I will be in Vagas in April at the show. Gonna attend the HOF banquet also.

Keith, why don't you go to NYC and snap off the World Summit and skip that Joss event??? I think that we would all love to see you in the winners circle there.

Keith McCready is not a UPA member and is not allowed to participate and compete in the World Summit, like Earl and rest of the folks who do not want to sign mandatory UPA contracts.

The Joss Tour, led by Mike Zuglan, enjoys a sterling reputation on the East Coast and welcomes anybody who shoots pool to attend and complete -- locals, touring pros, non-touring pros, female pool shooters, and male pool shooters. The pool industry needs more folks like Mike Zuglan.

Anybody who is not a UPA member and not considered a "touring pro" by the UPA may pay $25 and participate in the World Summit in NYC occuring this week.

It is kind of like running a foot race in a UPA-led competition, and the UPA rules allow UPA members to get a head start with a seed and a bye. All others have to start at the starting gate.

Well, I guess that I just felt the strong arm of the UPA right up my ass. I have been reading all of these posts about it for months, really staying indifferent on the whole subject. I am sure that if you asked every paying attendee at the World Summit if they were hoping to see or wishing they could see Keith play and entertain, they would all say yes. I understand about Earl too, but he is the guy that the audience loves to hate, and whether he acted right or wrong, CW would be better off paying Earls dues and entry fees and let bygones be bygones because moreso than any member of that UPA, Earl Strickland sells tickets. Can you imagine, a pro circuit missing one of the winningest pool players of all time? Has anyone won more US Opens? World Championships? Is there anyone more contreversial? Is there anyone that the fans would rather watch? Aside from Efren and Jeanette Lee that is. Ridiculous. I am getting off topic a bit, but it is a real shame that the New Yorker's won't be treated to the Earthquake's antics and fine playing. Keith did play at the Capital City which was also a UPA event, but I guess he was considered to be local, now that I think about it, I remember a story about that when he had to show CW some ID.

Keith:

There is a shady place on Canal St in NYC Chinatown where you can get a NY State Drivers license for 100 bucks. Then you could be local for this event too. Oh well, good luck at the Joss event.

I take it the World Summit is seeded?

Must be nice to enter a tournament where you are given a cakewalk into the third round.

Can you imagine an Amateur tournament where the top players would be seeded so they wouldn't have to play each other?

I guess it is the only game in town otherwise why else would the non-seeded players enter?

Accdealer, fortunately for Earl Strickland, he is in Dubai this week competing in a tournament.

The Joss Tour has remained strong under the leadership of Mike Zuglan. Kid Delicous is the points leader on the Joss Tour, and I wonder if he will be there. Should be a great tournament in one of the nicest areas of the country right now at the beginning of autumn, even with an Earthquake forecast for this weekend.
